Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn

Everything was very good, appreciated our very good stay. The breakfast had lots of options: eggs, bacon and biscuits. Our room was well-appointed and functional, equipped with a king sized bed, two things regarding the rooms, for example. The accommodation had a central location near everything you might need. Fast food restaurant Dunkin' was located 10 minutes walk away. Late check-out was useful.

Thanks all for a such great stay at hotel at time of visit. The staff was kind and cordial, the room was nicely furnished. It took just 20 minutes by car to get to the airport;)))

The property was fairly clean with fantastic friendly staff. Non-smoking room and friendly communication with the staff. The continental breakfast they offered was included. This hotel was set in a central area really close to restaurants and shopping, the shopping area, stores and restaurants.

The bed of mine was dirty.

We loved this place, it's affordable. The location is perfect, 4 km from Islamic Center. Variety of food at the savoury and fresh made breakfast.

We had a really great time. It was fairly clean and well-kept place, had very good staff and location. We loved the room with a king sized bed, our bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The lobby was welcoming and clean. First day I arrived the staff was willing to help and treated us with helpful service. My queen room was gorgeous and had basic facilities I needed. Location was perfectly comfortable for exploring this nice enough area, right by shopping and stores.

Hard-working stuff, friendly service, contemporary and functional rooms. Pool bar was excellant. Top location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Henrietta Plaza. Beautiful lobby.

Lovely view, very comfy bed and hot breakfast. It was a convenient hotel in a new area. Apart from that, Southtown Plaza was 10 minutes away by driving. Service was fantastic, no complaints.

A fabulous way to end my weekend. Location was easy, staff was warm, views were good. The continental breakfast had lots of delicacies and was FREE. The beach was amazing. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was wonderful small.

it was spotless, the staff was hard-working, plus the service was great. the breakfast was good hot, had lots of options and the food was outstanding. the location was super, just off - restuarants and stores. .

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was horrible.

I loved my stay, just exceptional. It was spotless with excellent customer service. A tidy beach, PANORAMIC view.

It was decidedly a welcome base for business travelers. We were greeted by the helpful staff.

Free WiFi was working perfectly. We appreciated coffee, tea and milk at breakfast. A kitchen was ok for us. We would definitely book here again on our next trip to Rochester.
